About Ms. Bindia Singh

A young mental health professional named Bindia sees therapy as a cooperative partnership centred on the client and what they bring with them. She thinks that during counselling sessions, the therapist and the client work to establish a supportive, empowering, and judgment-free environment so that the client feels safe enough to go on the self-exploration path. She participates in this trip as a supporter and a facilitator.

She typically incorporates elements of narrative therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy into her person-centred approach-based practice. She tries to include each client’s many identities and the significance they each carry in her sessions. Her work is influenced by trauma. She has worked with adult and adolescent clients struggling with issues including anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, managing changes, and family and relationship-related issues during her more than 300 hours of counselling experience

About Ms. Gunjan Arya

The founder of Psych Therapy and a counselling psychologist is Ms Gunjan Arya. She provides evidence-based treatment for a variety of difficulties, including anxiety, relationships, stress, and depression, to clients of all ages. Still, she works with younger people in particular to help them as they negotiate the emotional difficulties of primary live transit.

In addition to weekly individual sessions, Gunjan also offers intense treatment, which provides a significant number of therapy hours over a short time to provide-centred care and address symptoms more quickly.
